Making A Purchase
To make a purchase, just browse one of our sites by price, category or enter your own search word.
Then choose the quantity or any other additional types e.g. chrome, gold etc. and click the "Add to Order"
button for item(s) that you wish to buy. The item(s) will be automatically added your shopping basket.
You can click on the "Continue Shopping" button and choose additional items and add them to your basket.
After you have finished your selection(s), click on the "Checkout" button and you will be
asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Here you will be re-directed to our secure payment gateway at www.eshopgateway.com before being transferred to the
Barclaycard ePDQ system where you can enter your credit card details safely.
We accept all major credit or debit card payment for Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Electron and Switch.

Delivery:
Your order will be processed immediately and despatched within 24 hours.
Our despatch team will contact you on one of the telephone numbers you provide during payment.
Please note that we will contact you directly between the hours of 07:00am and 21:00pm to arrange delivery.
Delivery will be in the following 1-3 working days, via our door-to-door
delivery service nationwide fleet.
If your item is out of stock we would expect to get your goods to you
within 16 working days. We will contact you via e-mail within 48 hours to
inform you of any delay with your order.

Satisfaction and Returns:
If you are not fully satisfied with any goods, please e-mail us
at returns@eshopgateway.com and we will be happy to issue you with a
returns number or offer you an alternative product. All returned goods
must be in their original condition with tags & packaging.
Defective items or shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Once we have collected and checked the items we will offer you an exchange or a refund
to your credit card within 30 days.
Returns which are due to incorrectly ordered items will be subject to a £30.00 handling charge.

The returns address for all other products *(except bathroom orders) purchased through eshopgateway.com will
be provided when issuing a returns number.

When sending cash, cheques or postal orders, these must be sent via Recorded Delivery
or an equivalent secure method.
Cheques must be made payable to Kadan Global Solutions.

trading system's available. It allows us to safely process your credit card
payment with the bank, and complete the financial transactions securely behind protected firewalls.
An email notification is sent to you as part of the transaction process.

Money Back Guarantee
You may cancel your order at any time between the day the order is placed
and the end of the 7th working day following the day on which your
goods are received. Please note that when returning rejected goods,
the package and contents must in perfect condition. Please call us to
arrange collection of the returned goods. You are responsible for the
cost of returning the goods safely to our warehouse. We will refund your
money within 30 days of cancellation, less any delivery costs incurred.
Returns outside this period will not be accepted. Please note the money back
guarantee does not apply to any goods that are made to order.
